A service for medical clinics, in production since 2025. A patient scans a QR code, answers a short survey, and AI tidies their own words into a review draft without changing the meaning; the patient checks, edits and posts it. The same request goes to every patient with no incentive attached. Clinics also get reply drafts and monthly reports.
